How we use your information

Mark Hooper Tree Care is the data controller for the information you submit through this form. We collect your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give one, and the details of your enquiry.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to quote for or carry out the work you ask about. Our lawful basis for processing it is legitimate interest — namely replying to a request you have made of us. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

We keep enquiry records for 24 months and then delete them, unless you go on to become a customer, in which case we keep them for as long as we are required to for contractual, insurance and accounting purposes.

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy of it. To make a request, email info@markhoopertreecare.co.uk.
